CT Townsend at Victory

We were honored to hear a great message from Pastor John Anderson from Pinecrest Baptist Church at the LEAD Conference this year! We pray this message will be a blessing to you!

Episode Title: Dig the Ditches — Preparing for the Miracle
In this session from Pastor CT Townsend, we dive into a timeless leadership principle drawn from 2 Kings 3:16–17: God sends the miracle, but we prepare the capacity to hold it.
In this episode, Pastor CT unpacks why every church already has systems—whether they were intentionally designed or accidentally inherited. From assimilation to discipleship, from volunteer culture to pastoral health, Pastor CT challenges leaders to stop waiting for signs and start digging the “ditches” that make room for supernatural movement.
You’ll learn:
Why obedience and preparation always precede provision
How systems don’t create revival but they sustain it
The difference between moments that excite people and movement that develops people
The five essential “ditches” every church must build to see long-term growth
How Victory Baptist Church structures ministry to help people know God, discover purpose, and live the life of victory
This is a call to action for every pastor, leader, and church builder: Dig your ditches. Create capacity. Prepare for God to move.
Because when the water comes…will your church be ready to hold it?

In this message from the 2026 LEAD Conference at Victory Baptist Church, Pastor Jonathon McNeese shows how the story of Samson actually points us to Jesus — a truth we often miss because we focus more on Samson than on Christ. Pastor McNeese also encourages us to live in a way that points others to Jesus. This clear, practical message will help you see Christ in Scripture and reflect Him in your daily life!

In Part One of the Better Together series, Pastor CT Townsend delivers a powerful message from Ephesians 2 that reminds us of a life-changing truth: you belong here.
This sermon calls us to remember where we once stood outsiders, separated, and without hope and to rejoice in what Christ has done through the cross. Because of Jesus, we are no longer strangers or foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.

In “Better Is Coming,” Pastor CT Townsend challenges listeners to guard their words, their confidence, and their awareness of God’s work in progress. Preaching from 2 Kings 4, he reminds us that faith and fear battle first in what we say, calling believers to pause before speaking, replace worst-case language with faith-filled trust, and talk more about God than the problem. Drawing from the Shunammite woman’s unwavering declaration—“It is well”—he emphasizes that true confidence is rooted in who God is and settled before the outcome is visible. Finally, Pastor CT teaches us to watch for the “sneezes”—small signs of life and restoration that signal God is already at work beneath the surface. Better is coming, and faith learns to praise God not just for the miracle, but for the early signs that resurrection has begun.

As a new year begins, Pastor CT Townsend delivers a timely and challenging message from 2 Kings 18, calling every believer to take ownership of their walk with God. This message is a reminder that a new year is an opportunity for renewed commitment, personal growth, and intentional living. We are encouraged to leave behind compromise, pursue obedience, and become the person God desires us to be. When we choose to trust the Lord and live with purpose, He empowers us to write a better chapter and move forward with clarity, faith, and resolve.

At Arise 2025, we were thrilled to welcome Dr. Johnny Pope to preach this powerful message out of John 10! We pray that it will be a blessing to you!

Take a listen to this powerful message out of Judges 16 preached by Pastor CT on Tuesday Night of Arise 2025 at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN!

Week 2 of Kingdom Finances was practical, timely, and the perfect reminder of how to honor God in this holiday season and the new year going forward.

Join us for Part 3 of our Tabernacle Series as we remember the power of the veil being torn, and on the sacrifice that made a way for us to enter the Holy of Holies.
